MedPass offers 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care, connecting you with a licensed doctor anytime, anywhere—no appointments needed.
1️⃣ Open the MedPass app and navigate to the Telehealth section.
2️⃣ Select Urgent Care to get started.
3️⃣ A doctor will be assigned to you based on availability.
4️⃣ Connect via video or phone call to discuss your symptoms and receive treatment or prescriptions as needed.
Virtual Urgent Care is ideal for non-emergency medical concerns, such as:
✔ Cold & flu symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat)
✔ Allergies & sinus infections
✔ Skin conditions (rashes, eczema, minor infections)
✔ Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
✔ Headaches & migraines
✔ Digestive issues (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)
✔ Minor injuries (sprains, strains, minor burns)
