Classpass: Already Have an Account
If you already have a Classpass account, you can still receive your free credits through your MedPass membership.
1️⃣ Go to **Classpass Support**.
2️⃣ Fill out the required form.
3️⃣ Attach screenshots of your Premier or Premier+ MedPass membership as proof.
1️⃣ Visit **Classpass.com** and open the chat feature.
2️⃣ Send the following message:
I’d like to transition my existing Classpass plan to a MedPass “Premier or Premier+” Corporate plan. My current Classpass email is _[INSERT EXISTING CLASSPASS EMAIL]__. The company code is_ _[INSERT COMPANY CODE PROVIDED IN THE APP]__._

**Option 1: Submit a Request via Classpass Support**
