Changing your MedPass plan is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to update your subscription:

Contact MedPass Support: To change your plan, simply reach out to our support team at support@medpassplans.com or call 833-633-7277.

Discuss Plan Options: Once you're in touch with our support team, they'll guide you through the available plan options and help you choose the one that best suits your needs.

Confirm the Change: After selecting your desired plan, our team will assist you in confirming the change. If there are any immediate billing adjustments required, they will inform you accordingly.

How Changing to a Higher-Priced Plan Affects Your Account

When upgrading to a higher-priced plan:

You will be billed immediately for the price difference.

Can I Change to a Lower-Priced Plan and Continue Using Current Features?

Fill out the questions
Attached screenshots of your Premier or Premier+ membership

OR

Head over to ClassPass' chat on their website and send the following message: I’d like to transition my existing ClassPass plan to a MedPass “PREMIER OR PREMIER+” Corporate plan. My current ClassPass email is [INSERT EXISTING CLASSPASS EMAIL]. The company code for is [INSERT COMPANY CODE PROVIDED ON THE APP]. What are my plan options?
