Working out at home

To access the At-Home Workout feature, begin from your homepage or navigate to the Fitness section of the app.
Choose "At-Home Fitness" to proceed.
Next, fill out a quick form with details like your height, weight, and gender.
You'll then be directed to a survey page to customize your workout routine, ensuring you have a specific goal in mind.
Once your profile is complete, click "Create Workout" to start your program.

Remember, if you're not satisfied with any of the workouts, you can easily swap them for others.
